EXHIBIT SET UP
Exhibit setup will be Wednesday, August 15 from 3:30 PM until 5:30 PM.
You will have access to the Exhibit Hall beginning at 3:30 pm on Wednesday. You may however come before 3:30 pm to get your boxes from the UPS store onsite if you are shipping things as this is often time consuming. You are also able to bring your boxes with you.
Thursday 6:30 am-5:30 pm & Cocktail Reception 5:30-6:30 pm
Friday 7:15 am-5:45 pm
Saturday 7:15 am-5:00 pm
Sunday Exhibits (optional 7:15 am-12:00 pm Shoulder and Humerus Day)
Exhibit dismantle is requested no earlier than Saturday, August 18 at 5:00 pm. Please DO NOT dismantle prior to this scheduled time. All materials must be removed from the Exhibit Hall no later than Sunday at 1:00 pm.
SHIPMENTS TO HOTEL
If sent directly to the hotel the shipments must be shipped with a specific label as noted below. All shipments sent to hotel will be assessed a charge by the UPS store. It is recommended that you bring any boxes in yourself directly to the exhibit hall or have a courier deliver to the exhibit hall during set up time to avoid charges.

If you are having exhibit equipment sent by a shipping company they can deliver it directly to your exhibit table. We do not have access to this room until Wednesday, August 15th. Complete the attached documents for shipping in and out of the hotel in the attached Exhibitor Kit.
Representatives can pick-up their badges at the Registration Desk outside of the Grand Ballroom beginning at 3:30 pm Wednesday.
